Jake Fegan to Lead Stylin’ Concepts’ Contact Center

Independence, Ohio – April 16, 2005: Stylin’ Concepts (www.StylinConcepts.com), the nation’s leading retailer of truck accessories, has announced the appointment of Jake Fegan to Director, Contact Center. Fegan will be responsible for the day-to-day management and future expansion of Stylin’s growing contact center.

Fegan was most recently Call Center Manger for Charlton, a 150-seat inbound/outbound center in Monroe, Wisconsin, that was focused on delivering sales and customer support for the cable television industry. Fegan attended the University of Cincinnati, where he majored in History.

“We look forward to working with Jake as we continue to transition from a traditional phone-based call center to a truly integrated multi-channel contact center,” said Vivian Root, Vice President of Operations for Stylin’ Concepts.

“Not only am I very excited to join the talented Stylin’ Concepts organization” said Fegan, “but eager for the opportunity to live and work in my hometown of Cleveland, Ohio.”
